The history of the Molino began in 1950.

Since then, stone milling has been the core technique, used with passion and dedication to produce the five “Macina d'altri tempi” flours, later complemented by roller milling. This traditional practice, still adopted today, gives the flours a unique quality, conveying the authenticity of a time that seems never to have stopped.
The Molino Iaquone, however, is more than just a place of production: it is a guardian of family roots and traditions passed down from generation to generation. The Iaquone Family has always been, and continues to be, the beating heart of this mill, whose foundations are firmly anchored in its roots and the values that traditions carry with them.

Thanks to the vision of the founder, Rocco Iaquone, and through four generations, our commitment to preserving the authentic taste of traditional flours has become the thread that connects the past to the present, proudly testifying to our story of passion and dedication.
Thus, in the wake of tradition, between the echo of the past and the challenge of the present, Molino Iaquone continues to grind family stories and preserve the authentic taste of traditional flours. Stone milling becomes the thread that connects generations, an unbreakable bond between the Mill, the Family and the Territory, continuing to tell the story of the art of baking with passion and authenticity.
