Molino Iaquone is inspired by the rich tradition of wheat cultivation, rooted in some of the most fertile lands of Lazio and central Italy. Its soft wheat flours come from carefully selected grains grown in the Roman countryside, in the Agro Pontino, Maremma Laziale, Sabina, and the lush, unspoiled Valle di Comino, an area historically known as “Terra di Lavoro” for its strong agricultural heritage.
Production takes place at the foothills of the National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise, where a pristine natural environment ensures purity and quality. Here, Molino Iaquone combines a passion for tradition with the excellence of its territory, offering genuine, high-quality flours.
